Our organization is a large blessed family who all truly and deeply love and care for each other and want to spread that love around. .
At Pappy's Palooza For Parkinson's , we are currently working on a project that is a first for us. We are putting together an event to raise money for locals who have Parkinson's disease. This inaugural year the proceeds will go to the man who started this all, the man whose love and kindness has spread far and wide, a man who has spent his life serving the Lord and others, the patriarch of our family and Fort Ashby celebrity Mr. Perfect aka Joe Alkire Sr.
Pappy’s Palooza
Come join us for our first inaugural Palooza September 9th 2023!
The money for our first Palooza will go to the man behind our why. The reason we are starting this event. He’s a Christian, a husband, dad, grandfather, and great grandfather. He’s the town celebrity and most may know him by Mr. Perfect, we call pappy but he’s most known for being himself Joe Alkire Sr.

- Don’t feel like cooking? We will have lots of food.
- don’t know what to do on a beautiful September Saturday? Come down and have a great time with us.
- don’t know what to do with your kids? We will have lots of games and other fun things for the kids (and the kids at heart).
- Other things you will see are raffles, giveaways, vendors, bluegrass. But most importantly you will see a town coming together to raise money for Parkinson’s and to cover Joe with their love.
